For coaches
Coaching that lives where your clients cook.
Personal trainers and nutritionists use CookbookPro to set targets, plan real meals, and send one grocery list a week. Your clients get recipes they will actually make.
How it works
1. Create your practice
Turn on coaching mode in your account and name your practice. You get a client roster, a trainer view, and a personal view you can switch between at any time.
2. Invite clients with a link
Generate a client invite link from your account page and send it by text or email. Your client accepts, and their meal log and targets appear in your roster.
3. Set targets
Give each client calorie, macro, and supplement targets. Their daily log scores against those numbers automatically, no spreadsheets.
4. Build the week
Drop real recipes into their week. Portion sizes scale, and nutrition recalculates from the ingredient database, not a guess.
5. Send one grocery list
The weekly plan rolls up into a single shopping list your client can check off in the store. Fewer excuses, better adherence.
6. Track and adjust
See what they actually logged versus what you planned, then adjust targets or swap meals in seconds.
Questions coaches ask
- Do my clients have to pay?
- A client can join your roster on a free account. If you want them to have unlimited recipes and imports, sponsor a seat from your plan.
- Can I keep my own recipes private?
- Yes. You choose what to share with a client. Everything else stays in your personal view.
- Where does nutrition data come from?
- A bundled ingredient database with performance nutrients. Totals are computed from portions, not estimated by a chatbot.
- Can I refer other coaches?
- Yes. Your account page has a share link and a trainer invite link you can send to clients and colleagues, with click and signup counts.
